We see risk assessment as a pro-active process, and one that is necessary to ensure that the various tasks that are being undertaken do not have a harmful effect on the people who work for us, our client's staff, special at risk groups, nor the general public; failure to adhere to these principles will ultimately be detrimental to our business and our overall reputation.
As a result, all of our cleaning activities are subject to a formal risk assessment, with written method statements produced for all cleaning related tasks, detailing exactly how the process should be performed. These method statements form the basis of induction and on-going training for all of our staff and ensure that we not only clean hygienically, but in a safe manner.
