Supported by a bespoke Helpdesk system, the team maintains Customer Care Standards by ensuring that the best possible attention is given to all our Customers.

Our Contract Support Team place great emphasis on customer care and try to deal with issues immediately, as it is the speed of resolution that sets good companies apart from the rest.

The helpdesk application is a web based multi-user system, which allows automatic Email or SMS alerts and updates to our managers advising what action is required and the expected timeframe in which action should be taken.

Once a call has been logged, in addition to forwarding the call to the relevant operational manager, the system automatically sends an Email of confirmation of receipt to the client who raised the call.
