Our aim is to be pro-active in our approach to monitoring standards and we have developed monitoring tools that seek to identify where and how we can improve our service prior to the formal review meetings with our clients in which standards are assessed.
Whilst strong emphasis is placed on quality by weighting the scoring, other elements of the SLA such as Health & Safety, Training, Continuous Improvement and Innovation look to measure our performance more widely using a 'balanced scorecard' approach. As the audit information is captured in real-time electronically using iPad technology a copy of each audit will be supplied to the client instantly.
